Community Support Services is extremely fortunate to be able to announce the promotion of Traci Prohaska as the agency’s new Chief Financial Officer.  Traci joined the agency in April 2016 as the Controller.  Since she has joined the agency, she has demontrated a commitment to the mission of the organization.  Her professionalism and responsiveness to internal and external customers has been remarkable. Terry Dalton, President/CEO of Community Support Services commented, "Traci has some big shoes to fill with the retirement of Jim Bournival; however, I have the utmost confidence in Traci meeting those expectations."   Traci lives in Cleveland with her husband and three children.  She is a graduate of Cleveland State University.  Community Support Services is thrilled to have Traci join the team!

As Traci assumes the role of CFO, we also would like to thank Jim Bournival for his commitment to the organization for the past 11 years as the Chief Financial Officer.
